1-on-1 Nutrition Service

We believe that nutrition should be the foundation for our fitness and our overall health. 

Our approach to that is based on the following:

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

A comprehensive nutrition service custom tailored to your body composition and or performance goals.

Ready to be in your best shape? Let us help.

Service includes:

One on one session with a coach to take your measurements and discuss your goals and time frame to reach those goals.

A comprehensive eating guide tailored to you and your food likes, allergies, etc…

A meal plan based on the guide with recipes, nutrition information, and weekly grocery lists.

Every 2 weeks you’ll meet with your coach one on one for a  private session to review your progress and make changes as needed.

Lastly, full access via text and email to the coach to ask questions at anytime.

What do we require from you?

Dedication.

We will require you to log all of your meals for at least the first month using a software like My Fitness Pal, more depending on progress as well as how you feel daily. This will help us, and you, learn what foods work best for you and those that don’t.

Cost: $47 p/month
