Our goal at Loudhouse is to provide our members with a fun path to achieving their health and fitness goals. Getting fit and healthy shouldn’t be boring or monotonous. It should be fun, varied and done with friends!
Loudhouse offers fitness for everyone that is delivered in fun, community based, environment.
Our team of professional coaches are experts at combining the best results-based training and nutrition principles with a heavy dose of encouragement, accountability, creativity and laughter. The result is a supportive community of individuals who encourage and celebrate each other’s success.
The goals of our members are as diverse as our East Texas population. To serve these varied needs, we offer goal-based programs and coaching options. Whether you want to lose a little belly fat and “firm up” some squishy parts, get moving again after being sedentary for too long, or you want to find your peak athleticism so that you can dominate the weekends in your hobbies of choice, we have a program for you. Our coaches are trained to listen and determine the best way to help our members achieve their goals.

You don’t have to be in shape to start! We love introducing people who haven’t exercised in years to what we do. We teach people how to move well, which keeps them injury-free and inspired to continue pursuing their health and fitness goals. The long-term result is some amazingly fit people. But just because you see some very fit members coming through our doors doesn’t mean they all started that way.
There are a lot of gyms out there, so why Loudhouse? Our professional coaching staff and community are the most compelling reason to be part of Loudhouse Crossfit but, there are numerous other reasons. We offer group CrossFit classes from 5:30am to 7:30pm as well as various “specialty” classes like Olympic weightlifting and obstacle course training. Not to mention our nutrition coaching and one-on-one training.
